How does the process work?

Start the
sign up process.

Provide your firm's information and select the disciplines and
geographical areas you work.

When a job seeker signs up for our service, they create a profile
containing their resume and other critical information necessary for you
as a recruiter to quickly screen their skills.

If the discipline(s) and location(s) the job seeker has selected
match the discipline(s) and location(s) you've selected you will receive
their resume via email within 6 business hours - you will only
receive resumes in the discipline(s) and location(s) you choose.

You can screen the candidate immediately or store their profile in
your email program for future searching (see How do I set up a
searchable database in my email program?).

How can I earn referral dollars on candidates I
can't place?
NOTE: You must be signed up to receive resumes from at least one discipline and one
state to receive a referral fee.
As a registered user (free sign up) of ResumeXposure.com you will receive $20 for
each job seeker you refer who uses our service. Referrals are
calculated and paid monthly. We've made it time efficient for you to
refer job seekers. You can use one of two methods:

New!!! Login to email multiple candidates using
our website based referral program. On this page you simply input the
job seekers' names and email addresses (up to 5 at a time) and we'll handle the rest. Our site automatically generates an email to your job seeker(s)
with your name on it.

Verbally refer the job seeker to our site and tell them if they use
your email address as a discount code they'll receive a $5 discount on
the pricing for the package they choose. IMPORTANT: You must refer them the
email address we have on record in our database to receive credit for
the referral.

Set up an auto-reply to the
email address you use in your job postings. Below is sample text to
include in the email. Items in red are your information.
"You've emailed your resume
to (your name or the name of your firm).
Good idea! Now, let's make sure your resume does all that it can to get
you a new job. We've partnered with ResumeXposure.com. Their service
will email your resume directly to the inboxes of recruiters working hot
jobs in your field.
